General Facts

Would like to know which OS can be used.

- Musio Studio is designed to be run through Windows98/98SE/ME/2000.

Is a 3D accelerated function graphic card a necessity?

- As Musio Studio fully utilizes the 3D accelerated function that supports DirectX and OpenGL in order to materialize the pre-visualization of sound and image using Real time rendering, a 3D accelerated function graphic card is imperative.

Must the computer be fast?

- Musio Studio's standard is Pentium II or above. However this can be rather slow. The most suitable standard is the Pentium III 500MHz or above and your computer must be equipped with a Nvidia TNT2 standard graphic card.

How long can I use the demo version?

- A specific instruction is always on the display window of the Musio Studio Demo Version. Therefore, there is an instruction on AVI file even after rendering.

However, there is no limitation on how long you can use it. Your purchase of the product after enjoying the demo version would be appreciated.

Are there a separate domestic and international products?

- Musio Studio is not only produced for the domestic market but American and Spanish versions are in the process of being produced.

When can we purchase the regular version?

The regular version will be on sale in the near future when the analysis of suggestions from the demo version users and protection from possible contamination from computer virus are  completed.

What is `mus' in Musio Studio?

- Musio Studio basically formulates a story-board file. It becomes a story-board file when `mus' is used as the amplifier. The file is imperative for a project that is currently being edited as it records, stores and reproduces the information.

What is `Rendering"?

`Rendering' is one of the process for producing the end product which is an audio-visual image file. After passing through the rendering process, AVI file gets produced in the capacity of 20 - 30 MB. A medium reproduction tool like Window Media Player can be used to open the file. When a 3 - 4 minute file is being compressed, it usually takes 6 - 7 minutes which is not slow when compared to other audio-visual image editors.

Solutions to problems

What do I do when the visual images seem to be rather slow and some unclear images are detected on Windows2000 supported computer.

- You need to check that the computer is equipped with a 3D accelerated graphic card  as  Musio Studio utilizes 3D accelerated function for  faster graphic results. Since the basic standard graphic driver in the Windows2000 does not always support the 3D accelerated function, you need to visit the home-page of the supplier to update your graphic driver.

What do I do if `Ddraw Failed' appear immediately when Musio Studio is executed?

- Musio Studio should be installed with at least thDirectX 7.0 version. You need to install DirectX 8.0 from the Download page.

What do I do when there is an error when Windows95 is being used to execute the program.

- When the computer is installed with Windows95, you must install it with Internet Explorer 4.0 or above.
