Can IMS Screen Saver Maker work without sound card?

IMS Screen Saver Maker will work without sound card. You may add sound in your screen saver. However, you can not hear sound with your system.

Message says my MP3 file is not supported. Why?

There are various MP3 file formats by changing its recording options. Our program don't support high bit rate format. However, our program does support MP3 with 256 kbps or lower bit rate format. Please use supported format type.

Can I use image file in BMP format?

Our program does not support BMP file. The size of BMP image is too large, and it causes extremely large screen saver file after adding only few BMP images. This results heavy system resource taking. Please prefer small sized JPEG image format with same picture quality.

Screen saver works very slowly after setting resolution in 800 x 600. How to solve this problem?

This is caused by user's hardware specification. If user's hardware specification is lower than recommended specification, please set resolution mode in 640 x 480 or 400 x 300 then remove heavy process taking image effects from your screen saver.

I lost my serial number, so I can not install IMS Screen Saver Maker. What shall I do?

If you lost your serial number, you can download it from Product Homepage again. All user information that you typed during product buying can enable this process.

I found some strange error during screen saver playing. What should I do?

Why I can not see all images in my screen saver?

Did you add more than 300 images? IMS Screen Saver Maker can contain 300 images as maximum. If your image number exceeds 300, please reduce them fewer than 300.

After installation of program, I can not run program in my computer. Why?

Please check if your monitor resolution mode is in 640 x 480. IMS Screen Saver Maker requires minimum resolution mode as 800x 600. User can check and change resolution setting by opening Control Panel > System > Setting.

Message displays "Engine file is missing for screen saver file making process." Why?

When Screen Saver Maker generate screen saver, it uses unique engine file. Please make sure that you have engine.scr and IMS_InstallMaker.exe exist in C:\Program Files\iMusicSoft\IMS ScreenSaver Maker\ folder. If those files are missing, please re-install program..

Why few images are missing after opening saved scenario files?

Scenario file contains image path logs. If those images are missing in that path or moved into other folders, your scenario file can not load those image files. Please remove old image setting, and then add images that are in new path.

If I add image from web, does it increase the size of screen saver file?

No. When you add images from web, screen saver file only records its link information. Therefore, total size of saver file will not be increased.
